Looking for a fun, friendly way for girls in Years 5 & 6 (going into Years 6 & 7) to build confidence, make friends, and learn something new? Our brand-new Girls Under 12s team is just the place.

No experience? No problem. This is a girls-only team where everyone learns together from the very start in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Whether she’s already sporty or just curious, rugby is more than just a game — it’s a chance to grow both on and off the pitch.

Rugby helps girls:

Build Confidence — backing themselves, speaking up, and believing in what they can achieve.
