SUNDAY 9TH NOVEMBER - Today was a psychological and physical battle as our girls came up against a more experienced ONs side with a much larger squad.

They had to dig really deep to face the challenge, but the result was that they produced some outstanding defensive rugby.

It was a hard-fought battle from start to finish, but our young ladies never gave up. Their teamwork, spirit and resilience shone through, earning praise not only from our own supporters, but also from the opposition players, parents and coaching team.

We take away plenty of lessons from today because you learn more from the tough games. Each week the girls bring their all, and every one of them are making this team stronger and better through their hard work and determination.

What's clear is that with our trademark face paint, the music pumping, and the smiles all round, we know how to enjoy the rugby!

A massive thank you to the opposition for their grace, all the parents, coaches and supporters - and of course to Folly for refereeing.
