At Northampton BBOB RFC, we’ve always believed that rugby is for everyone.

Since launching our women’s team, the Ladies 1st XV has gone from strength to strength. What started as a group of women, has grown into a team, a family, and more and more women are joining because they want to be part of something special too. We’re proud to be breaking barriers and redefining the game in our own way. We're showing that there’s space for everyone in rugby, and that passion, teamwork, and resilience matter just as much as the score.

As we grow, we’re also focused on the future — helping to build a clear path for the next generation of girls coming through the ranks. From minis to seniors, we’re committed to creating opportunities, nurturing talent, and making sure The Brigade is a club where women and girls can thrive at any age.
